All returns and refunds are subject to the following.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Any order cancelled or refused after the product has been shipped is subject to a restocking fee, depending on the price of the product purchased.
If an incorrect shipping address was provided at the time of order and the carrier is unable to deliver the package and must return it to the appropriate warehouse, a restocking fee may apply depending on the product purchased.
Returns will only be accepted for products that are unused and uninstalled in their original packaging.
Items marked as clearance or discontinued are subject to a non-refundable policy.

Refund Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met.
The product must be unopened.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The product must be unused.
The product must not be damaged.

To ensure that the above criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the criteria listed, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Exchange of Goods

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please email us and send your item to us.

Return Process

To return an item, send an email to Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receipt of the RMA number, place the item(s) securely in the original packaging and on the return form provided, and mail the return to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you mail your return using a traceable method.

Refunds

After receiving your return and checking the condition of your items, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days from receipt of your item for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for the money to reach your account after the refund has been issued.

Order Cancellation

Your order can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment. We will process your cancellation request within 24 hours. Orders older than 2 hours cannot be cancelled. All cancellations will be confirmed in writing: if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
