Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. Orders paid for by 5 PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 5 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

What Happens if My Order Takes Too Long to Ship?

If you have not received your package 60 days after your order has been shipped, please email us, please remember to include your order number and we will arrange a reshipment or refund for you.

Who is Responsible for Duties and Taxes?

We are not responsible for any duties and taxes that apply to your order. All charges (duties, taxes, etc.) collected during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Any consequences arising from the customer’s refusal to pay taxes will be fully borne by the customer.

No Parcel Received or Parcel Lost

If your waybill number indicates that your package has arrived but you have not received anything, we recommend that you do the following.

Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
Look for an attempted delivery note.
Double-check your area in case it is stored in a hidden area.
Check if your neighbor or someone in your home accepts it.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you retrieve and track your package. If your package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will be applied to resend your package.
